Floveo

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 09.07.2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ertaga Jakub Godlewski ("Floveo", "Ertaga", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Floveo mobile application (the "App") and any related services.

Floveo is designed to help users go through their morning tasks on time, reduce procrastination, and start work at the time they choose.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who We Are

The App is operated by:

Ertaga Jakub Godlewski

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at contact@ertaga.com.

2. No User Accounts

Floveo currently does not require users to create an account.

We do not currently collect account information such as your name, email address, username, password, or profile photo through the App.

Because there are no user accounts, your app data may be stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, your local routines, settings, and other locally stored data may be deleted and may not be recoverable.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App may store certain information locally on your device so that the App can function properly. This may include:

  • morning routines;
  • task names;
  • task times;
  • routine settings;
  • alarm or notification settings;
  • completion status or progress inside the App.

This information is intended to stay on your device and is not currently stored by us in a user account.

4. Photo Validation

Some features of the App may require you to take or submit a photo to confirm that a task has been completed.

When you submit a photo for validation, the photo is sent to our backend and then may be forwarded to an external AI service, such as OpenAI’s API, to check whether the task appears to be completed.

We do not store submitted photos on our backend after validation. Photos are processed only for the purpose of validating task completion.

You should not submit photos containing sensitive personal information, private documents, financial information, medical information, nudity, illegal content, or images of other people without their permission.

Important: Photos may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure for validation. OpenAI states that data sent through its API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default, unless the API customer explicitly opts in.

5. Device Identifier and Rate Limiting

The App may generate a device-based identifier to help protect the service from abuse and enforce technical limits, such as a maximum number of backend calls from one device.

This identifier is used for technical and security purposes, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.

This identifier is not used to create a user account and is not currently used for long-term user profiling.

Currently, these identifiers may be stored temporarily in memory and are not intended to be stored permanently by us.

6. Subscriptions and Purchase Information

Floveo may offer paid access through monthly and yearly subscriptions. The yearly subscription may include a 3-day free trial where available.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

We may use third-party subscription management tools, such as RevenueCat, to verify subscription status, manage access to paid features, and understand whether a user has an active subscription or trial.

Subscription-related information may include technical identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, trial status, renewal status, expiration dates, and similar purchase-related metadata.

Payment information handled only by Apple is subject to Apple’s own privacy practices.

7. Automatically Processed Technical Information

When the App communicates with our backend, some technical information may be automatically processed as part of normal server operation. This may include:

  • request timestamps;
  • IP address;
  • device or app version information;
  • operating system information;
  • request metadata needed to provide, secure, debug, or protect the service.

This information may be used to operate the App, prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, improve reliability, and keep backend services secure.

8. Notifications and Alarms

The App may ask for permission to send notifications, reminders, alarms, or similar alerts.

Notification and alarm permissions are controlled by your device operating system. You can enable or disable them in your device settings.

We do not use notifications to collect personal information. Notifications and alarms are used to help you follow your routines.

9. How We Use Information

We may use information processed through the App for the following purposes:

  • to provide and operate the App;
  • to validate task completion using submitted photos;
  • to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse;
  • to verify subscription status and provide paid access;
  • to maintain, debug, and secure backend services;
  • to comply with legal obligations;
  • to respond to user requests or support messages.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to operate the App and provide certain features. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Third-party services used by or connected to the App may include:

  • Apple App Store — for app distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, trials, billing, cancellation, and refunds;
  • RevenueCat — for subscription status management and paid access verification;
  • OpenAI API — for AI-based photo validation;
  • backend hosting providers — for operating the backend services used by the App.

We do not sell your personal information.

11. Data Retention

Local app data may remain on your device until you delete it, reset the App, or uninstall the App.

Photos submitted for validation are not stored by us after validation and are intended to be processed only temporarily.

Device identifiers used for rate limiting may be stored temporarily in memory and are not intended to be kept permanently by us.

Subscription-related data may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, or other service providers according to their own retention policies.

Technical logs, if generated by backend infrastructure, may be retained for a limited period as needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service operation.

12. Data Deletion

Because Floveo currently does not use user accounts, most app data is stored locally on your device.

You can delete local app data by deleting routines inside the App, resetting app data if such an option is available, or uninstalling the App.

After uninstalling the App, locally stored data may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.

If you contact us by email, we may process your email address and message in order to respond. You can request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us at contact@ertaga.com, unless we need to retain it for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.

13. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@ertaga.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information where required.

14. International Data Processing

The App and third-party services used by the App may process data in countries other than your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for such processing.

15. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App.

However, no method of transmission over the internet, mobile network, or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

16. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

Because the App currently does not use accounts and most data is stored locally on your device, we may not be able to identify you or access your local app data.

To exercise privacy rights related to information we may process, contact us at contact@ertaga.com.

17. Legal Basis for Processing

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar privacy laws, we process information only where we have a legal basis to do so.

Our legal bases may include:

  • performance of a contract — to provide the App and paid features;
  • legitimate interests — to secure the App, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability;
  • consent — where required, such as for certain permissions or optional features;
  • legal obligations — where processing is required by law.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make significant changes, we may notify you through the App, by email if available, or by another reasonable method.

The updated Privacy Policy will be effective from the date shown at the top of this page.
